Jim McGroarty - Partner
Jim McGroarty has spent the last 16 months as Director of Instruction at the EMGA. Prior to that, Jim worked at many area facilities including Chisel Creek Golf Club where he served as Head Professional, Tanglewood Golf Club where he served as Director of Instruction and Back Creek Golf Club where he served as Director of Golf.
His instructional career began in 1997 at The Hamlet Golf and C.C. in New York. Over the past 12 years, Jim has had the opportunity to work with and observe some of the finest teaching minds in the game. Current and past students include Touring Professionals, Collegiate Players, US Amateur Qualifiers, US Publinks Finalist and Nationally Ranked Junior golfers. Many of Jim’s juniors have won national, regional and local tournaments and over 35 juniors have received college scholarships. Jim has spent the past 7 years as a Tournament Director for The Future Collegians World Tour Junior Golf Tour.

Barry A. Criscuolo - Partner
Barry Criscuolo has spent the last 19 years in the Information Technology Industry. His projects have been on a global scale for a Fortune 100 Company, bringing to market one of the first PC based tools for the Worker's Compensation Industry, back office & database development for Financial Acquisitions & Direct Market. Currently he works for the leader of Insurance Information. His team handles all back office operations and global infrastructure.
Barry's continual passion for Golf and involvement in youth sports has lead him to this venture with Jim. Currently he volunteers his time as the Vice President of Jr. Blue Hens (JBH). The JBH is a Tier II Ice Hockey Organization which plays in the Delaware Valley Hockey League.
Barry’s years of project management and leadership in the IT Industry combined with his knowledge of youth sports complements Jim Expertise in the Golf Profession.
